Construction of homes in this community started in 2003 and finished in 2005. When the neighborhood was introduced, often times buyers found themselves on waiting lists.
Quadrant’s motto at the time Trovitsky Park was introduced was “More House – Less Money” and they delivered. The smallest sized homes are about 1,700 square feet and the largest are over 4,000. The lot sizes are comfortable considering the age of the home with lot sizes ranging from roughly 5,000 square feet to just under 7,700.
Although Trovitsky Park has a Renton address, the neighborhood is served by the Kent School District. Homes are within walking distance to both Ridgewood Elementary and Northwood Middle Schools and students are bused to Kentridge High School. Check out my blog posting on choosing the right schools by clicking here.
The neighborhood offers newer 3-Star Built Green homes on relatively good-sized lots, easy access to both community and county parks, great schools and a reasonable commute all for a great value.
